There's no debate that fasting has immense healing powers, especially for people with Type 2 diabetes.  However, it needs to be undertaken with some caution and strategy. 

As a person who has been practicing this for years, I have a lot of knowledge and experience with doing it poorly and failing to complete a planned fast.  So, this gives me a ton of insight into getting it done with as little discomfort as possible!

Today, I want to share with you the tips that will help you get started, take it up a notch, and overcome your biggest obstacle, physical hunger, so that you can make this practice work for you.

And remember, any fast is better than no fast.  If you are feeling weak or bad in any way, just break your fast and learn from the experience.  You can always start again tomorrow.
