Failure is part of the process. It's required to become successful in reversing Type 2 diabetes (or achieving anything difficult).
The problem is that most people don't know how to handle mistakes or failures. They beat themselves up and give up all too often. They make it mean they can't do it.
The skill I want to teach you today is one of the most important to becoming resilient and strong enough to keep going after messing it up. It might be THE MOST important for you.
