I've been immersing myself in the world of whole-food-plant-based diets for reversing Type 2 diabetes. This is essentially the OPPOSITE of what I traditionally teach. This diet is very high in carbs (from whole foods like grains, potatoes, and fruit) and very low in fat and protein.
This approach is based on the understanding that insulin resistance is caused by excessive dietary fat. Is it true? Let's get into it!
